The Cronulla Triathlon Club Committee is complimented with people who are all volunteers and dedicate their time on that basis. The Committee positions are elected by way of a voting system after nominations are vetted and held annually at the Annual General Meeting in July. To be elgible for a position you must be a financial member for the following year before midnight of the AGM. To also be suitable for some positions, experience in management and interpersonal skills are desirable.
Positions in the committee are highly competitive and well regarded as the Triathlon Club is the oldest in Australia.
The Club has had the following Presidents:

2000 to 2009 Browyn Elford (LM)
2009 to 2010 Gary Eykhof
At the conclusion of each club year a vote is conducted by the committee, to award a member the "Club Person of the Year" trophy. This award is for contributions to the club as a whole as a member, competitor and volunteer assisting the club.
