Sutherland Athletics Track
Following on from the success of our ‘Her Aquathlon‘ program, Cronulla Tri Club is thrilled to be able to offer the next installment – ‘Her Triathlon‘.
With the support of TriNSW will be running a 5-week introduction to Triathlon, designed for young girls and female participants who are wanting to try or are new to triathlon. The weekly coached sessions will focus on developing your skills and confidence in the pool, safety and bike handling skills, running for triathlon and transitioning between the three disciplines.
The final week will include a mini triathlon race put on by the Cronulla Triathlon Club for you to test out your skills.
If you think you might like to try multi-sport this is the perfect, safe and supported environment to try something new.

Saturdays at 3pm
April 10th – May 8th
WHERE WILL THE SESSIONS BE HELD?
Each week will have a different focus.
~ swim – Sutherland Leisure Centre
~ run – Sutherland Athletics Track
~ bike – Sutherland Cycle Track
HOW DO I REGISTER?
To get started, you will need to sign up for an 8 week “try before you buy” membership with Triathlon Australia, which is $20. It will ask you to join a tri club , be sure to select Cronulla Triathlon Club.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
Between now and the start of the program, make sure you have the following Items:
- Cap and goggles
- Comfortable workout clothes, that you can run and bike in
- A bike – road or mountain bike will be fine
- A helmet
- Running shoes
- Water bottle
