Beginner Sprint Plan
This training plan is designed by Triathlon Australia Accredited Performance Coach, Peter Clifford for a beginner sprint distance athlete.
It covers 2 swims, 2 bikes and 2 runs. It goes for 8 weeks prior to your goal race.
Cronulla Triathlon Club is pleased to announce that long time club member, Peter Clifford of High Performance Tri (HPT) will provide free training programs. The plans have been designed to incorporate current CTC training sessions, so keep on eye on the events calendar.
These training programs can simply be viewed via PDF or by signing up to TrainingPeaks.
